The London Magazine (1732-present) is a long running British periodical, which has published on numerous and diverse topics during its various iterations. The original series was established as a opponent to the Conservative Gentleman's Magazine, and ran until 1785. Later series ran from 1820-1829, 1875-1879, and 1900-1930. The current London Magazine was revived in 1954 under John Lehmann.

Condition: Two vertical folds as issued. Trimmed close to plate mark. Some of the boats and materials are numbered on the image, but the corresponding key is missing. Overall time toning.
