The University and town of Cambridge depicted in six large views and a frontispiece, with twenty four smaller views from original drawings by Richard Harraden. Harraden, Richard (1756–1838), artist and engraver, Born in London in where he worked as an artist until 1798 and then moved to live in Cambridge until his death in 1838. Great Saint Mary's Church is situated in the middle of town on the East side of Trumpington Street. This view was taken from the West side near Kings College Chapel on Trumpington Street. |
