George Barrett the Elder (1728/32 - 1784) was a landscape painter and etcher. The print is likely to have been created around 1780 when Barrett was commissioned by William Locke to paint a landscape mural at Norbury Park, Surrey. Condition: Discolouration to whole sheet, creases to margins, and a few small tears to edges. |
