Robert William Arthur Rouse R.B.A. (1867 -1951) was a landscape painter, etcher, and illustrator. He was elected to the Royal Society of British Artists in 1889. He exhibited at the Royal Academy, Royal Society of British Artists , Walker Art Gallery Liverpool, Royal Institute of Oil Painters, and many other prominent galleries. Rouse died in 1951 in Oxford. Condition: Some marks to the top right hand corner of sheet and image. |
