Joseph Simon Volmar (1796 - 1865) was a Painter, sculptor and lithographer. He trained in Paris from 1814, where he remained until 1831. He was also involved in the lithography of Theodore Géricault's work in 1822. Blind stamp in lower margin: oval, with inscription "Galerie lithographiee de S. A. Mgr le Duc d'Orleans". |
